The Firehouse Community Theatre proudly presents Real Women Have Curves written by Josefina Lopez and directed by Joel Hawkins. This production of Real Women Have Curves is presented by special arrangement with Dramatic Publishing, Woodstock, IL.

Set in a tiny sewing factory in East L.A., this is the outrageously funny story of five full-figured Mexican-American women who are racing to meet nearly impossible production deadlines in order to keep their tiny factory from going under.  A microcosm of the Latina immigrant experience, Real Women Have Curves is a play that celebrates real women's bodies, the power of women and the incredible bond that happens when women work together.  This amazing show stars Aida Barnhart, Letty Balderas, Bridget Facundo, Myra Johnson and Bianca Ross.

Showtimes are Friday January 10th and Saturday January 11th at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday January 12th at 2:00 p.m., as well as the following weekend, Friday January 17th and Saturday January 18th at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday January 19th at 2:00 p.m.

Tickets for all of our productions can be purchased on our website firehousecommnitytheatre.com and are $12.00 in advance, or use the ticket hotline at (863) 675-3066.  Tickets sold the night of the performance are $14.00, however, we cannot guarantee a seat if we are sold out!
